🧶 The Spark – Personal Motivation & Validation

“This wasn’t just a random UX challenge — it was personal.”

A few months ago, my close-knit group of 7 Childhood friends (now living in different cities) and I tried planning a reunion trip.

We were all in different cities, juggling deadlines, and hoping to reconnect after years.

The initial excitement was high — everyone said “I’m in!”

What followed was chaos:

"Let’s plan it later" turned into "maybe next year."

That frustration hit home, and I realized this wasn’t just our story.

📞 Validating Through Real Conversations

To move beyond just my point of view, I picked up the phone, called a few of my friends, and asked:

“What exactly made it so hard to plan the trip?”

“What would’ve helped us align better?”
